SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP INCUBATOR “TKANKA”

The main goal of the “TKANKA Social Entrepreneurship Incubator” is to support the development of entrepreneurship, activate professional potential, and strengthen the socio-economic integration of people with refugee experience from Ukraine who arrived in Poland after the outbreak of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, as well as other individuals from the local community at risk of exclusion.

As part of the project, participants benefit from five different forms of support implemented between 01.03–31.10.2026.

Pillar I – Workshop Module

A series of trainings with experts that provide knowledge in key areas of running a paid activity in Poland. Additionally, participants can take part in a Polish language course.

Pillar II – Individual Expert Consultations

One-to-one consultations complement the workshop offer and are tailored to the specific nature of each participant’s activity.

Pillar III – Entrepreneurship Circle

A micro-community created by all project participants, aimed at exchanging knowledge, providing mutual support and motivation, and using group energy to collectively search for solutions and creative ideas.

Pillar IV – Start-up Support

We provide free access to accounting and tax services, a sales platform, and support in creating marketing materials during the initial phase of activity.

Community and Space of “Świetlica Dębniki”

Participants of the Incubator can use the co-working space, kitchen, garden, library, children’s playroom, and communication channels of the Community Center “Świetlica Dębniki”. They also have access to all activities taking place in Świetlica and the support of its community.

The “TKANKA Social Entrepreneurship Incubator” is implemented with funding from the Totalizator Sportowy Foundation under the “Development for Everyone” 2025 Program.
